ORGANISED CREATIVE MANAGERS
This is a vital role within the studio with the key purpose of helping our busy and creative team improve their internal efficiencies while ensuring our day-to-day runs as smoothly as possible. The Studio Manager is key in ensuring a supported, productive and constructive working environment for all members of the team.
As the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and employees, the Studio Manager must be a welcoming and professional representative of the studio. They must be comfortable with diary management and travel arrangements for both studio and clients and able to create strong relationships with building management teams.
The Studio Manager will oversee all employee events, including Made Thought’s wellness program and culture club as well as support HR with new employee onboarding. A strong organisational approach is vital as the Studio Manager will ensure all contracts, templates and HR Systems are set up in the most efficient manner. They will also work closely with the Head of Finance and Founding Partners to create an optimum working space and environment, including managing any studio relocations or updates.
