A confident, personable and culturally informed style is needed that can flex to varying brand sectors and ultimately engage clients with our heartfelt, inspiring and engaging approach to work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Be an integral support for the Senior Strategy team throughout the Made Thought strategy process.

— Develop strong trend forecasting and analysis skills within a variety of sectors.

— Utilise design knowledge to create clear briefs for the Studio team and build on communication between Strategy and Design teams.

— Incorporate cultural awareness and experience when developing strategy in new sectors.

— Compile and create strategy decks for internal and external presentations.

— Maintain a good understanding of client requirements and messaging and be confident with supporting and developing a strategic direction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

— Strategy background within a Creative Studio or Advertising Agency

— Excellent writing skills, able to adapt to Made Thought tone of voice

— Culturally diverse and aware

— Accuracy and quality shown in all work presented

— Confident, enthusiastic and personable style

— Communication skills will be key, adapting to varying client personalities and internal teams

— Excellent organisational skills and adept in multi-tasking

— Have a familiarity with data, research and trends, and processing provided reports from clients, whilst balancing analytics with a desire to think and search outside of the box.
