The most beautiful image or greatest logo doesn’t make a brand.
Our role is to instigate new lines of thought to often go BEYOND THE EXPECTED of the category you’re operating in. To set the benchmark and deliver something that, at first, is unimaginable.
We work to the rule of human-first design. Be precise, be dynamic and refined, be BEAUTIFUL, but above all else, be HUMAN. We create all the touchpoints of a consumer experience — how a brand looks, sounds, its products and how you experience it both digitally and in real life, ensuring that the outcome is for the long-term, conscientious and sustainable.
A SIMPLE PROCESS
The world is complicated enough. In the way we work, and work with you, we believe simple and clear is always best. Although all projects are different, from brand creation to art direction, our workflow tends to break down into five clear stages:
IMMERSE and DEFINE
UNDERSTAND THE OPPORTUNITY, ESTABLISH THE STRATEGIC DIRECTION.
The first, and vital, part of the journey is an IMMERSION into your world, spending time together, in order to fully understand the task at hand, and form a strong partnership. This allows us to clearly understand your AMBITION for the brand, the creative OPPORTUNITIES and the complexities for delivery. We will then map out the approach for the next stage.
THINK FREELY, CREATING A NEW CREATIVE VISION FOR THE BRAND.
This stage involves the definition of a relevant creative strategy and vision for what the brand could ‘feel like’.
We create a positioning and then translate the positioning into an overarching concept for brand identity, visualised as a broad brushstroke across the formats required both physically and digitally, to create a new brand world.
It is about establishing a unique narrative and brand DNA that will form the foundations for all things visually creative. This stage will ultimately deliver all key identity elements—brand marks as well as colour palettes, typographic style and tone of voice and over-arching graphic and image tonality.
TURN CONCEPTS INTO ROBUST, SPECIFIC DESIGN SOLUTIONS.
This stage sees the concept stage being bought to life across the full scope of deliverables to ensure its robustness. We will develop the main touch points to fully realised designs that will form the suite of items in preparation for the first roll out of collateral.
CREATE FINALISED ASSETS AND DESIGNS FOR PRODUCTION.
Upon approval of the core brand identity and brand world, we move into the delivery stage – from the creation of final artworks, this last stage sees the oversight and management of all production required for delivery.
After breathing life into a new brand, we want to ensure it flourishes and matures. Many of our client relationships are built over many years, developing trust and building fluency with what we do.
